Residents are able to pay via debit or credit card through the Resident Portal.
Livable does not directly accept payments from Residents by check or by phone.
To pay by check, the Resident can pay the Property Manager directly (if accepted) and the Property Manager can then "Post Payment" on the Resident's Livable Pro account.
Residents cannot pay Livable by phone. Some Property Managers provide their Residents with pay by phone options, but that is outside the Livable Pro platform and the payment must be posted to the Resident's Livable Pro account in the same way a check payment would.
