Custom Resident Admin & Late Fees

Setting a custom Resident admin or late fee from your Livable Pro account.

If you need to set a custom fee for a specific Resident, this guide is for you! 

This can be useful for Payment Plans, or when a lease addenda does not disclose an Admin Fee, or Late fee but other leases do at the property. 

  1. Log in to Livable Pro; save.livable.com/login
  2. Select the property in which the resident lives
  3. Click on the resident's name
  4. Click "Livable Plan" 
  5. Select the "Billing Settings" tab
  6. Press the pencil icon to edit the Admin Fee or Late Fee
  7. Click Save to make the change into effect

For Payment Plans, we recommend setting the Late Fee to $0 for a resident, and once the resident pays their balance in full you can reset the Late Fee back to the property default.
