Fee Setup: Admin Fee & Late Fee
Learn how to change the fee setup for the admin fee, including how to pass fees through to Residents, as well as how to set or exclude a late penalty.
1. Accessing the Fee Setup:
- From Dashboard:
- Log in to save.livable.com.
- Select the property you want to manage.
- Click the 'Details" tab in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to "Fees."
- Click on the pencil icon to edit.
- From Property Listing:
- To the right of the desired property, click on the three dots.
- Select "Edit Property."
- Scroll down to "Fees."
- Click on the pencil icon to edit.
2. Adjusting Resident Fee Allocation:
- Use the input box to determine the admin fee active residents will pay.
- This amount will appear on the resident statements.
- Remember to check local ordinances and regulations before passing fees to residents and that the lease addenda supports this value.
3. Setting Late Fees (Optional):

- Enter a desired percentage for the late fee (based on the total billed amount) or a set dollar amount.
- This amount will be collected from the resident and distributed to you the following month.
- Ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations regarding late fees.
- You can also choose not to apply late fees by selecting "exclude"

- Click "Save fees" to apply any changes you made.
