How to add a New Property
From the Livable Pro dashboard, simply click the "+"symbol in the top left corner of your Livable Pro Dashboard. Next, select "Add new property."
Have the following information on hand to set up your New Property efficiently:

Property address

Banking information (so we can pay you!)

List of in-unit amenities (dishwasher, W/D, private garden, etc.)

Unit details
-
Property square footage (only if you plan to divide the bill this method)

Team member contact information
-
List of common area amenities (pool, gym, etc)
Be ready to specify what utilities you'd like to bill back and how. You’ll be able to select from common providers, and/or add custom providers and utilities.

List of billable utilities

Approve utility details (billing frequency, allocation method, and common area deductions)
Once we have your property details, it's time to start inviting Residents so you can start saving money!
You will need the following information to enroll residents.

Resident contact information, including email
-
Occupancy by unit
- What utilities they will be paying

Statement/ Utility caps (if applicable)
