How to add a New Property



From the Livable Pro dashboard, simply click "Add New Property." 

Have the following information on hand to set up your New Property efficiently:

  • Property address

  • Banking information (so we can pay you!)

  • List of in-unit amenities (dishwasher, W/D, private garden, etc.)

  • Unit details

  • Property square footage (only if you plan to divide the bill this method)

  • Team member contact information

  • List of common area amenities (pool, gym, etc)

Be ready to specify what utilities you'd like to bill back and how. You’ll be able to select from common providers, and/or add custom providers and utilities.

  • List of billable utilities

  • Approve utility details (billing frequency, allocation method, and common area deductions)

Once we have your property details, it's time to start inviting Residents so you can start saving money!

  • Resident contact information

  • Occupancy by unit

  • Utility caps
