How can I add/configure a utility?

Check out the video or follow the written steps below to add a Utility:

1. Login at save.livable.com
2. From the dashboard select the property you want to add a utility to
3. Next select "Edit property details"
4. On the 5th tab over you will select "Utility Configuration" 
5. Start by typing in the Utility Provider
6. Select what Utility Types to bill back to the residents
7. Complete the setup by filling in the Allocation method, how to handle Vacant unit bills, and finally Common Area Deductions (CAD).
8. Press Save and now your residents will be rolled in to an additional utility.
