Keep your payment information and reimbursement details up to date for your Livable Pro subscription and reimbursement payouts.
From the Dashboard, you can get to the Property Settings to add, update, or change the payment method for your subscription and/or bank account for your reimbursement payout. Follow the video above or the steps below to do so.
- Click on your dashboard 🏘️ icon from the left sidebar.
- Click To do... next to the property that needs to be updated
- Select ✏️ Edit property
- Navigate to the fourth tab, Payment Information, to view existing payment details. If needed, you can add a new payment method for the subscription here.
- Under, Reimbursement Details, you can edit and update ACH information here.
- Remember to click Save at the bottom of the page to update your changes
Note: You will need to indicate on each property what payment method and ACH information to use for the subscription and reimbursement details.
