From the Dashboard, select the property in which you would like to set a Utility Cap or Statement Cap, also known as a "Not to Exceed Rate".
After navigating to the Property, on the right hand side of the Unit, you will press the "To Do" button and select "Billing Settings."
Press the pencil "Edit" button.
From here, you will see the option to opt the resident out of a utility completely or input a Utility Cap amount for one or several utilities.
