Adding & Updating banking information for Subscriptions & Reimbursements

Keep your payment information and reimbursement details up to date for your Livable Pro subscription and reimbursement payouts.

From your Livable Pro Dashboard, you can add, update, or change the payment method for your subscription and/or bank account for your reimbursement payout. Follow the video above or the steps below to do so.

Get started by logging in to your Livable Dashboard: save.livable.com/login

  1. Adding/ Updating Payment Method:
    1. From the Property "Details" Page: In the property listing on the left side of your screen, click on the property address.
      1. Click on the "Details" tab in the top right corner of your dashboard.
      2. Scroll down to the "Payment information" section.
      3. From the dropdown, select the payment method you would like to assign to the property. If the payment method is not listed, click "Add new payment method."
      4. If you selected a payment method that is already on file, you are all set. Otherwise, see the next steps.
      5. If you selected "Add new payment method," enter your payment method details and click "Submit." For more information, see the "Adding Bank Details" section below.
      6. For newly added payment methods, you may need to proceed with the verification process. 
    2. OR From "Payments and subscription" Page: locate the profile icon in the top right corner, which looks like a little person. Note: If you add a payment method this way, you will still need to assign the payment method to a property if you have multiple properties. See steps for assigning a payment method to a property above.
      1. Select "Payments and subscription"
      2. Select the "Payment information" tab
      3. Click on the "Add new payment method" button, and a new window will open
      4. Enter your payment method details and click "Submit." For more information, see the "Adding Bank Details" section below.
      5. For newly added payment methods, you will need to proceed with the verification process below. See steps for verification in the "Verifying Payment Method" section below. 
  2. Adding/ Updating Reimbursement Method:
    1. Locate the Property: In the property listing on the left side of your screen, click on the property address.
    2. Click on the "Details" Tab: Located in the top right corner of your dashboard.
    3. Locate the "Reimbursement Details" Section: Scroll down to the "Reimbursement Details" section.
    4. Select Your Reimbursement Method: Click on the dropdown and select the reimbursement method, OR "Add new reimbursement information." You will need your... 
      1. Account Holder Name, as it appears on your bank account
      2. Bank Name
      3. Routing Number
      4. Account Number
    5. Click "Save Payment"
  3. Adding Bank Details:
    1. On the "Add payment information" screen, enter the following information...
    2. Select a "US bank account" to use a bank account OR "Card" to use a card. (Cards are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee.)
      1. If you selected "US bank account," enter the following...
        1. Email, ensure you have access to the email, as you will receive notifications regarding the status of your payment methods verification. 
        2. Full name as it appears on your bank account. 
        3. You can search for your bank using the search box, select your banks icon, or click on "Enter bank details manually."
          1. If you searched for your bank or selected the bank icon, follow the steps below...
            1. Select "Agree and continue
            2. Click "Continue"
            3. A new window will open asking you to log into your bank portal, log into your bank portal accordingly
            4. Once logged in, follow the steps for connecting your bank account
          2. If you clicked on "Enter bank details manually," follow the steps below...
            1. Enter your routing number
            2. Enter your account number
            3. Confirm your account number
            4. Click "Submit"
            5. You will be required to verify your payment method if entering manually. See steps for verification in the "Verifying Payment Method" section below. 
        4. Enter your full name, name associated with the bank account being used. 
        5. Select your country or region of the bank account
        6. Add your address as it is listed on your bank account
      1. If you selected "Card," enter the following...
        1. Card number
        2. Expiration date
        3. Security code
        4. Full name, as it is listed on your card
        5. Country or region of your bank account
        6. Address as it is listed on your bank account
    1. Click "Submit"
  1. Verifying Payment Method:
    1. Once you have added you payment method, you will receive an email confirming the method has been added/ updated. 
    2. Stripe, our payment processor, will make micro deposit and micro withdraw to each bank account added. In the transaction description of the micro deposit, you will see a code, the code is typically 6 digits.  
    3. Log into save.livable.com/login and complete the following... 
      1. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your dashboard
      2. Select "Payments and subscription"
      3. Click on the "Payment information tab"
      4. Locate the payment method and click on the verification link listed below the payment method.
      5. You will be routed to the Stripe verification page, enter your verification code and click "Submit"
      6. Repeat for each payment method you need to verify. 

Important: You will need to verify your payment method as soon as possible (within 7 days), if the link expires you will be required to start to process from the beginning to generate a new verification code.

Note: You will need to indicate on each property what payment method and ACH information to use for the subscription and reimbursement details.
