Upload utility bill files during processing, choose visibility options, and access them later via "Allocation History" or the "Files" section.
When processing utility bills, you have the option to upload a file. You can choose to make the file visible to residents on their portal or only visible on your portal. After clicking "Calculate," the bill file will save to your Livable Pro account.
In the future, you can view the "Allocation History" to review previously uploaded bill files, and you can find all utility bill files under the "Files" section. Navigate to this section by clicking on the file icon on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
