How to upload/store bill copies

Upload utility bill files during processing, choose visibility options, and access them later via "Allocation History" or the "Files" section.

When processing utility bills, you have the option to upload a file. You can choose to make the file visible to residents on their portal, by clicking the check box labeled "Make this bill visible for the residents," or only visible on your portal if left unchecked.

After clicking "Calculate," the bill file will save to your Livable Pro account. This allows the file to be visible to you, and if checked visible to your residents. 

To access your saved utility bills, follow the steps below...

  • Access via the File Icon: On the left side of your Livable Dashboard, locate the icon that resembles a file folder, click on the icon. 
    • Select the "Utility Bills" tab.
    • Select the property.
    • Locate the utility bill you would like to review.
  • Access via Allocation History: Select the property the bill file belongs to, the system will default to the "Billing" tab.  
    • Select the allocation period the bill file was allocated in.
    • Select "Review" next to the utility the bill file belongs to.
    • A new window will open allowing you to review the bill file.
  • Resident access: From the Resident's portal, mycommunity.livable.com/login, the  resident can access bill files for allocation periods they were billed for, as long as the bill file was marked "Make this bill visible for the residents," when the allocation tables was processed.
    • At the top of the Resident portal, select "Bill Storage." All available bill files will be located under this tab.
