Manage team access to properties in Livable Pro using Portfolio permissions. Follow these simple steps to control who sees which properties.
Step 1: Go to Team Settings Click your profile icon in the top right to open Team Settings.
Step 2: Create Portfolios Create a portfolio to group properties. Click Add, enter a name, add team members, and click Create.
Step 3: Add Properties to Portfolios Choose which properties are in the portfolio and adjust settings as needed.
Step 4: Assign Team Access Back in Team Settings, edit each team member's access to specific portfolios.
Step 5: Keep Access Updated Update portfolio access or change permissions anytime.
