Why This Matters: The Business Impact

Posting resident payments that have occurred outside of Livable is a critical operational task—it's not just a procedural step. When residents submit payments through channels outside the portal (checks or in-person payments), manually posting those payments ensures your billing records remain accurate and up-to-date. This prevents a common and costly issue: residents being charged late fees for payments that were already submitted but not yet recorded in the system.



1. Log in to save.livable.com/login

2. Search for the resident name.

3. Click on the resident name.

4. Click Post Payment.
