Resident Accounts: Void Transaction

Watch the video to learn how to void a transaction for a Resident. The steps are also written out below.



From the dashboard https://save.livable.com/active_dashboard

  1. Select the property

  2. To the right of the unit/resident click the "to do" drop-down

  3. Select "View Account Profile"

  4. Scroll down to the March Statement charges

  5. To the right of the utility charge select "Options"

  6. Press "Void transaction"

  7. Press "Confirm"
