Resident Accounts: Void Transaction

On the left side of your Livable Pro Dashboard, select the property from the property listing.

In the top right corner, select "Residents."
- Click on the resident's name, and a new window will open.

At the bottom of the new screen, select "View Profile." A new tab will open.

Scroll down to the bottom half of the screen, and you will see the resident's ledger under the "Transaction history" tab.
- Locate the charge you would like to void.

To the right of the utility charge, select "Options"

Select "Void transaction," and add comments as you see fit.

Select "Confirm."
