Resident Accounts: Void Transaction

Watch the video to learn how to void a transaction for a Resident. The steps are also written out below.


From the dashboard https://save.livable.com/active_dashboard

  1. On the left side of your Livable Pro Dashboard, select the property from the property listing.

  2. In the top right corner, select "Residents."

  3. Click on the resident's name, and a new window will open.
  4. At the bottom of the new screen, select "View Profile." A new tab will open.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom half of the screen, and you will see the resident's ledger under the "Transaction history" tab.

  6. Locate the charge you would like to void. 
  7. To the right of the utility charge, select "Options"

  8. Select "Void transaction," and add comments as you see fit.

  9. Select "Confirm."
