Updating Contact Information and Adding a Team Member

To update your contact information check out the video below or follow the written steps:

  1. Navigate to Livable Pro: save.livable.com
  2. Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner 
  3. Select "Team Settings" 
  4. From this screen, you can use the pencil edit icon to update the Property Owner information. 
  5. Be sure to hit "Save"

To add a team member to your Livable Pro Account: 

  1. Navigate to Livable Pro: save.livable.com
  2. Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner 
  3. Select "Team Settings" 
  4. From this screen, click "Add new team member"
  5. Be sure to hit "Save"

To remove a team member from your Livable Pro Account: 

  1. Navigate to Livable Pro: save.livable.com
  2. Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner 
  3. Select "Team Settings" 
  4. From this screen, click the "Settings" dropdown next to the Team Member who needs to be removed from Livable Pro
  5. Select "Deactivate" and confirm you want to "Deactivate" this account.
  6. This team member can be found under the "Former team members" tab at the top.
