Updating Contact Information and Adding a Team Member
To update your contact information check out the video below or follow the written steps:
- Login to your Livable Dashboard: save.livable.com/login
- Locate Team Settings: Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner, select "My team settings." A new screen will open.
- Edit Team Member Information: On the new screen, you will have two tabs in the top left corner, "My Team" and "Former team members."
- Under the "My Team" tab, you can review your listing of current Team Members, you can see their portal access status, deactivate their account, and make changes to their contact information. For more information, refer to the step listed below.
- Under the "Former team members"tab, you can review your list of former Team Members; however, no edits can be made to the Team Members listed here. If you would like to re-issue access, you will need to add them as a new Team Member under the "My Team" tab.
Note: Our system does not allow the same email to be used multiple times. For additional assistance with re-using an email, please reach out to help@livable.com.
To add a Team Member to Your Livable Pro Account:
- Under the "My Team" tab, click the "Add new team member" button.
- Enter the Team Member's information. An emailed invite will be sent, the Team Member will need to create a password, and then they will be able to access their Livable Pro Dashboard.
- Be sure to hit "Save"
To Edit a Team Member's Details:
- Under the "My Team" tab, to the right of the Team Member's name, click the pencil icon.
- A new screen will appear, giving you the ability to update the Team Member's name, email, and phone number. The phone number is optional; however, the email is required.
To Remove a Team Member From Your Livable Pro Account:
- Under the "My Team" tab, select the "Settings" button to the right of the Team Member's name and then select "Deactivate" from the dropdown.
- Your Team Member will now be listed under the "Former team members" icon.
Note: You will not be able to deactivate the Team Member listed as the "Property Owner." For assistance with deactivating a "Property Owner," please reach out to help@livabel.com.
To Review a Team Member's Livable Pro Portal Access Status:
- Under the "My Team" tab, locate the Team Member's name. To the right of their email, you will see a Key symbol.
- If the Key is Grey, the Team Member has not received the invite. This could be due to an invalid email address or the email provided is blocking our system from sending the invite.
- If the Key is Yellow, the invite was sent to the email address on file; however, the Team Member has not created a password and does not have access to their Livable Pro Dashboard. To resent the invite, simply click on the Yellow Key.
- If the Key is Green, the Team Member has received the invite, created a password, and has access to their Livable Pro Dashboard.
To Limit a Team Member's Livable Pro Portal Access to a Specific Property or Group of Properties:
- Locate the Property Dashboard: Navigate to your Livable Pro Dashboard by clicking on the house icon in the top left corner of your Livable Pro Dashboard.
- Locate the Property: On the left side of your dashboard, under the Properties listing, select the property you would like to assign permissions to.
- Click on the Details Tab: In the top right corner of your dashboard, select the "Details" tab.
- Scroll to locate "Contact information": Under the "Details" tab, scroll towards the bottom of the screen and locate the "Contact information" section. Select the pencil icon to edit permissions. A new screen will open.
- Select the Team Member(s): You will see a "Primary Contact" listing and a "Secondary Contact" listing. Under either or both, select the Team Member(s) for whom you would like to assign property permissions.
- Primary Contact: A primary contact will get notifications about the whole property.
- Secondary Contact: A secondary contact will get notifications about the utilities only.
- Removing Permissions: You can also remove permissions by selecting the trash can icon to the right of the Team Member's name.
- Click "Save & close": Once you are done making edits, ensure you click "Save & close."
