Updating Occupancy Count

Each unit must have an accurate occupancy count to ensure billing is allocated fairly to residents.


To update the Occupancy Count, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Livable Pro: save.livable.com/login
  2. On the left side of your Livable Pro Dashboard, under the property listing, select the property
  3. In the top right corner of your Dashboard, select "Residents"
  4. Locate the Occupancy Count to the right of the Resident's name, under the "Occupancy" column
  5. Click on the Occupancy Number, and a new screen will appear
  6. Change the Occupancy Number accordingly
  7. Click "Submit" to save your changes
  8. Repeat for the units that need updating

To bulk update the Occupancy Count, follow the steps below...

  1. Log in to Livable Pro: save.livable.com/login
  2. On the left side of your Livable Pro Dashboard, under the property listing, select the property
  3. In the top right corner of your Dashboard, select "Residents"
  4. Use the check box to the left of each unit you would like to update. A new taskbar will appear at the bottom of your screen.
  5. On the taskbar located at the bottom of your screen, in the bottom right corner, select the icon that looks like multiple people. A new window will appear.
  6. Change the Occupancy Number accordingly
  7. Click "Submit" to save your changes

Livable Pro with AppFolio Integration Customers:

  • Occupancy counts are pulled from your AppFolio account.
  • Occupancy is counted if...
    • The resident is not "Hidden."
    • The resident is marked as "Financially Responsible."
    • The resident is not listed as a "Co-Signer."
