Any questions regarding billing or payments should be handled by the Property Manager/Owner.
This includes questions regarding tenancy, terminating or renewing leases, utility bill amounts, utility bill copies, payment plans, late fees removed, credits, etc.
Any questions regarding technical issues with the Livable Pro platform or questions about a previous account with Livable can be addressed by contacting us at help@livable.com
It is best practice to include the Property Manager/Owner on the email thread. All email correspondence should also include the Property Address and Resident Unit Number information.
