Approving Allocation Tables

What does the "Approve Table" button do? The “Approve Table” button finalizes your utility bill allocations for the month. Once a table is approved, the bill status changes to Table Ready, and the current allocations are locked in.

When and how to use it:

For All Accounts (including AppFolio Integrated):

  • The Approve Table button is available when a bill status is Pending Approval.

  • You must click "Calculate" before the Approve button becomes active.

  • Once a table is approved, any changes to resident, utility, or property data will not require re-approval, although the table will reflect the updated information.

For Livable Pro Accounts:

  • Allocation tables must be approved by the last day of the month to ensure timely billing.

For AppFolio Integrated Accounts:

  • Approving the table in Livable Pro triggers a batch to be sent to AppFolio.

  • If the table is not approved, no data will be sent to AppFolio.

  • An information icon appears next to the Approve button to provide additional details.

When is the button disabled?

  • Pending Completion – A table hasn’t been created yet. Make sure all billing data is entered.

  • Table Ready – The table has already been approved.
